I just want my body to be back into kick ass shape, the way it used to look before college.

Raw Protein Thin Mints (Vegan!)

prep time: 5 minutes
bake time: zero
serving: varies depending on your cookie scooper. we tend to get around 9-10 cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 + 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp stevia, liquid
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 6 -7 tbsp coconut oil, liquid

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
  2. Scoop onto plate or tray, then set in fridge to set. want the cookies to be hard to the touch.
  3. Keep refrigerator or store in freezer.

Not a good day..

So I woke up super sick this morning, no idea how I got so sick but it has not been a fun day. On the bright side, I have had only some toast, crackers, and coffee..if only I could eat a little like this every day and not be starving after. But I slacked last night and didn’t work out, so I have to buckle down and force myself to do it tonight. Ah fingers crossed I can make it thru my workout!

What to do before and after exercising

Ok it is Monday..fresh new start and I sort of slacked; but I have been working out every night since Saturday. About to do my work out session now: Slim in 6 “Ramp it Up” video (roughly an hour long) then do my mini work out series. 

I need to desperately buy a new weigh-in scale so I can start tracking my weight. 

Tomorrow starts my intense diet, gotta get ready for summer time!
